Order Steps
STEP 1
Choose fire pit style from the options above, or contact us for advice on the most suitable fire pit for you.
STEP 2
View designs and choose your favourites. Pick the amount of designs that will fit on your fire pit. Most of our fire pits fit 6 designs, with the exception of:
• Large square pit: fits 4
• Octagon fire ring: fits 8
• Collapsible fire pit: fits 2
• Collapsible rocket stove: none
If you would like to mirror cutouts on your fire pit, please let us know in the order notes. Example: you would only submit 3 cutouts for a fire pit that fits 6.
STEP 3
Submit order form. If you would like us to create custom design cutouts for you, please let us know in the order notes section.
• Fill out a new order form for each fire pit you would like to order.
• If you would like to order more than one identical fire pit, let us know in your order notes.
STEP 4
We will contact you within X business days to confirm your order. Payment will be arranged and a proof of your fire pit will be provided and approved by you before we begin creating your fire pit.

We require full payment before beginning your custom fire pit.
